WHEN COMING FROM ROME / FLORENCE OR THE TYRRHENIAN  COAST

When coming from Rome – Florence Highway A1 Rome – Naples, exit Orte. Take the connecting highway Orte – Terni, exit Terni East. Ferentillo is 15 Km. From Terni. Follow the indication for Valnerina, “Cascata delle Marmore”- direction “Visso”. After “Arrone” the next is Ferentillo. At the crossway turn left for Ferentillo Matterella.
Coming from the E45 from Ravenna-Cesena Exit for Assisi, Foligno. Continue for approximately 60km and exit-Valnerina Norcia. At the end of the tunnel follow signs for Scheggino -Terni and take the SS209 Valnerina. After Scheggino continue for about 20/25 minutes, on the right is an entrance for Ferentillo.

For all from the Church of Santa Maria in Ferentillo: in the square there is the Church of Santa Maria, yyou see the sign for the Guesthouse Runcini near a small grocery store, take Via Campania, go up the hill, turn left and after 1.200 meters you have reached the Guesthouse Runcini. The road is a little dirt. Park in the reserved spaces on the left. Once in the village follow the avenue of the Guesthouse, we are in the Stone House (Casa Pietra).
If you’re walking, send an email for an appointment in front of the Church of Ferentillo. We don’t have the restaurant, it is preferable to buy food before the appointment.

From Rome Termini Train Station there are trains almost every hour, direction Ancona, Perugia, Foligno and Terni, with a stop at the station Terni where, when crossing the street there is the bus station where one takes bus N° 21 for Ferentillo. The bus stop in Ferentillo in “Chiesa Santa Maria”.
